Paul Hawkins was a keen sportsman who embarked on a banking career in Brazil, New York and Portugal. Since studying History of Sport at Buckingham University, he has written "Football’s First 100 Years 1866-1966", "Completely New History of the World Cup 1930-2022" and following the recent amazing World Cup, "Argentina Triumph in Qatar".
